 2.  Strawberry Banana Nutella Smoothie

If you feel like having dessert for breakfast, there’s nothing our favorite chocolate-hazelnut spread can’t fix.  Start your day with the freshness of strawberries, proteins from bananas, a little bit of Greek yogurt for consistency and to top it all add Nutella to sweeten the deal and it will keep you full till lunch.

Blend together ½ frozen banana, 1/4 cup of milk, ½ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen), ½ cup plain low-fat yogurt and 2 heaped spoons of Nutella (1/2 cup water optional if you don’t want a thick consistency)

 3. Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

The richness of pumpkin pie in a drink is easy to make at home and not as messy as you might have thought. Pumpkin is not only an excellent source for vitamin A but also rich in protein and omega-3 fats.
