Its ingredients include banana, which contains the relaxing mineral magnesium and yogurt which contains probiotics that may help ease anxiety. Sipping it about 2 hours before your event will give you the best results and calm your nerves.

  • Blend 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, 1/4 cup 2% Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup refrigerated unsweetened coconut milk, 1/4 cup orange juice, 1/4 large banana, and a handful of ice cubes until smooth.
