Can you amend or cancel your order?
The KleenCup team aims to get the orders out as soon as possible. If you need to make changes or would like to cancel the order, we request you to kindly contact us within 24 hours with your order number and your request details.
If we receive your request prior to the dispatch, our team will do our best to make the amendments.
Can the order be returned?
Returns are only accepted for defected products, i.e., if the product received is missing a part, the refund will not be offered for anything other than a defect* with the product. The product should be in unused condition since the KleenCups are food grade items.
The KleenCup team must be notified within 7 days for the return and it will be initiated within 21 days. You are requested to pack the unused item in its original packaging.
We accept exchange requests for items if the wrong product has been delivered to you and only one time shipping charges will be borne by us. If an exchange is required to a different color or size from your original order, the shipping expense will be borne by the customer. We would request you to kindly return the original order in its original packaging.
We encourage our customers to shop sustainably since the returns adds to the carbon footprint of the order through transportation.
*The KleenCup is not 100% leak-proof . There is a hole on the hinge on the lid that allows hot steam to evaporate
Can the returned order also not have refunds?
Once the original KleenCups have been returned and analyzed, the refunded amount will be accepted and initiated within 10 working days.
If the original order that are returned are used, damaged or do not have the original packaging, we reserve the right to refused the refund.
